We can assist you with drafting or reviewing an offer to purchase (Agreement of Purchase and Sale), preparing all documentation and correspondence necessary, and completing the registration of your sale/purchase/refinancing of real estate, so that you get your money or possession on time.

We also offer services of dower releases, property transfers (both voluntary and non-voluntary, e.g. – as a result of a Probate).

Please refer to our standard flat rate fee schedule for basic residential real estate transactions. Please note, however, that each transaction is different and we might offer you a lower or higher rate upon learning the specific circumstances of your transaction(s).

We can also assist you with lease agreements or rental agreements. If you are a lender we can assist you with preparing mortgage documents or agreement charging land and caveat.
